Welcome to our site! We are a family owned and operated business based out of Ocala, Florida. We grill and cook authentic Caribbean and American Cuisine. We are fully licensed and insured.
Try our famous Jerk Chicken & Jerk Pork. "Jerk" is a Jamaican method of cooking that uses a fiery blend of herbs & spices that has been past down from generations to generations. We can make "jerk" meats at all levels of spice (from mild to spicy).
